About Us
Since 2010, we've been bridging languages and cultures from the heart of Tokyo. Learn about our story, our team, and the standards that drive everything we do.
Our Story
Founded in Tokyo in 2010, born from a passion for precision and cultural understanding.
What started as a two-person translation desk in Minato-ku has grown into one of Japan's most trusted language services providers. Our founder, Akiko Yamamoto, a veteran UN interpreter, saw a gap between the quality international organizations demanded and what the commercial market offered.
She built multinexarionix.com on a simple principle: every translation should read as though it were written originally in the target language. That principle still guides everything we do — from hiring translators who are not just bilingual, but bicultural, to investing in quality assurance processes that exceed industry standards.
Today, our network spans 350+ linguists across 50+ language pairs, but our approach hasn't changed. Each project is treated as a collaboration, not a transaction. We take the time to understand your business, your audience, and your goals — because context is the difference between a good translation and a great one.

Our Quality Assurance Process
Every project follows our rigorous 4-step quality assurance workflow, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and cultural authenticity at every stage.
Translation
A native-speaking translator with subject-matter expertise produces the initial translation, following client-specific style guides and terminology glossaries.
Editing
An independent editor — a second linguist — reviews the translation against the source for accuracy, completeness, terminology, and stylistic consistency.
Proofreading
A final proofreader checks the target text as a standalone document — verifying grammar, punctuation, formatting, and natural readability for the target audience.
Final QA & Delivery
Automated QA tools check for tag errors, number mismatches, and consistency issues. A project manager performs a final review before secure delivery.

Deep domain expertise across six key industries ensures accurate terminology and compliance with sector-specific standards.
